Moreover, reliability is a key feature of this engine that includes a grid structure cylinder block and end-ink cast iron body and cylinder head, along with high-strength alloy steel crankshaft, high-pressure ratio supercharger, and high-efficiency heat exchange intercooler, forming a stable "core" that performs even under high-intensity conditions.
In terms of economy, fuel consumption can be as low as 185g/kWh and emissions across the entire series meet non-road stage III and higher standards, making this engine an energy-saving and environmentally friendly option. Furthermore, this new engine has excellent environmental adaptability, making it possible to maintain power levels at altitudes of up to 2000m, with a loss of only 3% at 3000m. It can start directly at -25℃, and with optional water boiler and oil heating, it can work in extremely cold environments as low as -41 + 2℃.
The NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance of this engine is outstanding, with a noise level 3dB (A) lower than that of international first-class brands, making it operate quietly and stably. The engine also features a three-stage fuel filter with a standard water removal and safety filter, highly adaptable to various types of oil. The filter element only needs replacement every 500 hours, and the special desert filter can achieve a coarse filtration efficiency of up to 93%, extending the air filter maintenance cycle, while making it convenient and cost-efficient for repair and maintenance.
